To return a 92Threads product: First, please give us a call or send an email. We do not accept returns on decorated products.
What can be returned: All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Items that are personalized or customized are not eligible for return. If an item arrives defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 10 business days after delivery so we can resolve the issue.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Any item that has been personalized, customized, or special ordered cannot be returned. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
Returns for refund: Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Order Processing: All items sold by 92 Threads are custom decorated. Our typical production turnaround time is approximately two (2) weeks from order approval.

Shipping: We offer the following fulfillment options: USPS shipping, UPS shipping, and In-store pickup for local customers Shipping options available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery method. In-store pickup is always free when selected at checkout.
Shipping Area: At this time, 92 Threads ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
In-Store Pickup: If available, customers may select in-store pickup as the shipping method during checkout. Pickup details will be communicated once the order is ready.
